The story started in Palawan.

The story behind Smak Kielbasy began on Palawan, when Maciek and Krystian started making European-style sausages for the local market. What began as a small operation grew around a simple idea: to make the sausages and cured meats they knew from Europe, produced locally in the Philippines.

From Palawan to Pampanga.

As the business developed, production moved to Angeles City, Pampanga. This marked the transition from the original Palawan operation to a dedicated professional production facility and a broader market.

Smak Kielbasy today.

Today, Smak Kielbasy operates under AKMK MeatPro Corp. as a Philippine producer of European charcuterie, supplying retail customers and professional hospitality kitchens. Production is based in Angeles City, Pampanga, with an FDA License to Operate and batch traceability.
