Perishable Goods
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered and opened. This ensures the safety and freshness of our goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@smakkielbasy.ph with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit.

Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or replacement. Cash refunds are not offered.
